Step 1: Visit Instacart and sign in to your account.

Tap the three-line icon in the top left corner.

Visit the Instacart+ menu from the left sidebar.
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom. Locate the ‘Manage your membership’ section.

Click Change plan to switch between annual and monthly billing cycles. Tap the Cancel membership button to cancel your Instacart Premium membership and shopping benefits.

- Follow the prompt to contact Customer Experience via live chat. Tell the representative: “I want to permanently delete my account and personal data.”
- Share your full name, email address, and phone number to confirm your identity.
They will process your request within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation email upon deletion.
